Our Responsibilities
We are committed to ensuring:
- All staff and volunteers receive safeguarding training
- A Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) oversees all safeguarding activity
- Concerns are acted on immediately and appropriately
- Information is shared lawfully and proportionately
- Children’s voices remain central to decision-making
- Adults’ rights to autonomy and safety are respected
- Professional challenge is used where agencies disagree on levels of risk
