Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains are simple and low-risk, limited mainly to office space, IT systems, and professional services.

We conduct proportionate checks on suppliers and will not work with any organisation involved in unethical or exploitative practices.

Reporting & Whistleblowing

We encourage anyone connected to The Vault — including staff, volunteers, clients, and partner organisations — to report concerns.

Our safeguarding and whistleblowing procedures ensure concerns can be raised safely, confidentially, and without fear of retaliation.
