ABOUT THE VAULT
The Vault Unlocking Potential CIC is an independent advocacy organisation providing statutory and non-statutory advocacy for children and adults across County Durham and the North East. We support individuals involved in health, social care, safeguarding and legal processes to ensure their rights are upheld and their voices are heard.
Who We Are
The Vault Unlocking Potential CIC was established to provide independent, rights-based advocacy separate from local authorities and service providers.
We work alongside individuals who may be vulnerable, unheard or facing complex systems. Our role is not to make decisions for people, but to ensure they are informed, represented and empowered throughout assessment, review and safeguarding processes.
We operate with integrity, impartiality and a safeguarding-led approach in every case we undertake.
